We start with Malcolm Tranter who will give us the life story of Lord Levenhulme with the building of Port Sunlight, his model village and his home at Rivington.

In November we welcome back Dr Paul Hindle who will talk about the history and renovation of the Manchester, Bolton and Bury Canal.

We also welcome back in December, Dr Alan Crosby who will discuss the Lancashire Carriers, starting with the pack horse routes.
